Hotel is located in centre of KUTA near market, restaurants & also 5 minutes walk to beautiful beach. It is also 1 km.walk to Legian Night clubs-Bars. Hotel is having 3* facilities with moderate cost. Staff is courteous & friendly. Break fast is okay. Not much items for pure vegetarian Indians. Enjoy the stay. Like to stay again.

This hotel is located on Kuta Area, easily to get to the Kuta Beach and central of Kuta or Legian even by walking. The room is good and clean. U can also swim on the roof top pool with city view. One thing maybe u can improve is the gym center, please provide more gym equipments.

Stayed at this wonderful hotel for 3 nights (May 25-28), and everything was almost perfect! Location was just perfect! It is not by the main busy street so you will not be disturbed by cars and loud music. Just walking distance to Kuta Beach and on the other side was the busy life of Kuta - restaurants, bars, souvenir ships, other hotels, dept. stores, boutiques, money changers. Almost next door is Matahari Store. Room size was just okay for our family of 3. Window view was the water fountain - refreshing to the eyes. Linens were clean, BUT the towels were of dirty color (though they smell fresh and clean!). They did make up our room when we out the sign at the door, BUT they do not clean the bathroom. Other than the towels and bathroom issues, everything was okay. My husband and son used the gym, while I headed for the pool on the rooftop. Pool was clean and refreshing! Staff were all courteous and helpful. They even brought out their weighing scale when we asked if they could help us determine the weight of our big luggage. The nice guy from the front desk also lent us his cable and Hotel buffet breakfast was also good! There was just enough variety considering the low price they charge for the booking. Hotel tranfer to the airport was just IDR 100,000! Thanks for the wonderful stay, Hotel Zia Kuta!
